Department OverviewThe Automation team is a crucial part of the Platform Services group that incubates and commercializes emerging technology solutions to accelerate innovation and enables enterprise applications assets to be unlocked via Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Secure end-to-end Authentication, and APIs. As a member of this team, you will be part of a rapid development team. You will incubate and develop functional prototypes to showcase capabilities to customers in the Intelligent Automation space utilizing AI and ML technologies in collaboration with RPA.
Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions utilizing Azure AI services, specifically focusing on:

    • Embedding: Develop solutions for generating and manipulating vector representations of text and other data for AI applications.

    • Prompt Engineering: Craft and refine prompts for Azure AI models to achieve desired outcomes and optimize performance.

    • Azure AI Artifacts: Effectively leverage and manage Azure AI artifacts to build, deploy, and monitor AI solutions.

  • Integrate Azure AI services with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

  • Perform thorough testing and validation of automation solutions to guarantee accuracy, stability, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, etc.) to define automation requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Azure AI and automation best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance solutions.

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation within the team and the organization.

  • Developing and implementing RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is good to have. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and GenAI technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Train and mentor junior team members on GenAI concepts, best practices, and tools.


Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing AI services like Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Search & Azure Machine Learning. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • RPA UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
