This position is for a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team and drive the successful design, development, implementation and optimization of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Automation Anywhere. The Consultant will work with diverse clients ranging from small and medium size enterprises to Fortune 100 firms. Working in a team environment with internal and Client stakeholders, the consultant will design, develop, and optimize Automation Anywhere solutions to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
Engagements are usually longer in duration, which allows for the consultant to oversee the implementation of his/her solution recommendations.
Responsibilities:
The Consultant will perform the following job responsibilities in addition to others as required for each project:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
- Implement and manage software robots that emulate human actions by interacting with digital systems and software.
- Integrate Automation Anywhere with various applications and data sources using APIs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated processes.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices for leveraging these tools to enhance business processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Automation Anywhere and incorporate them into client solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other systems and platforms.
General Consultant Qualifications:
Qualified candidates for Consultant Level positions will have the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in technical field with two years of professional experience, or Graduate Degree, or equivalent in combination of education and/or experience
- Certification in Automation Anywhere or related RPA technologies, such as UI Path.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and other automation tools desired.
- Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Demonstrated success in analysis driven problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with client personnel.
- Proven experience as a consultant or similar role, with a focus on Automation Anywhere.
- Ability to facilitate stakeholder feedback from across a client organization, to select appropriate Automation Anywhere capabilities that align with organizational goals and needs.
- Ability to assess and understand business and technology processes and pain points to identify where Automation Anywhere and RPA can be applied to optimize impact.
- Ability to identify and develop use cases and user stories that offer the most benefit to our clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Storytelling: You will effectively communicate the narrative of Automation Anywhere capabilities and the transformative impact on businesses and individuals.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Experience with integrating disparate data sources and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security with Automation Anywhere implementations.
Travel Requirements:
- Remote Work opportunities; with up to 25% in the office and/or travel to clients.
