- Sets up and adjusts equipment on packaging line.
- Loads pre-printed labels and adjusts for proper alignment.
- Prepares a variety of packaging materials, i.e., bundles, bags, boxes, shrink wrap, etc. according to product packaging specifications.
- Constructs and assembles boxes and stages them for use.
- Loads and maintains wrapper and shrink tunnel.
- Loads and maintains carton (box) sealer.
- Pulls finished goods pallets, wraps, and places into finished goods storage with forklift.
- Troubleshoots and maintains wrapping equipment including box tapers and robot palletizers.
- Tags pallets and posts production data via Transition Works.
- Keeps workstation, tables, and work area clean and free of tripping hazards
- Works safely and follow all GMP and PPE rules and regulations
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in an industrial assembly line type environment or related type work preferred.
- Preferred forklift training and certification
- Backup Autoline Technician experience preferred.
- Experience with Transition Works preferred.
- Knowledge of printed finished goods a plus.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate with strong reading and writing comprehension.
- Ability to follow directions.
