Authentication Program Operations

The Team

With innovative and exciting operational initiatives, the Authentication Operations team is a fast-paced and passion-filled team to be a part of. This team has successfully launched watches, handbags, and sneakers authentication in the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, Japan, and Australia. We are a group of diverse skills who make a complete business unit and are seeking a program management operations manager.

Responsibilities

You will be joining the Program Management team for the Authenticity Guarantee operations team at eBay. You will support the program managers in their global operations of the AG business, with the potential to directly manage a category in the future. You are diligent, familiar with regular weekly business reporting and metrics, organized, and enjoy triaging issues.

The Job

• Support the program management of a category/ categories of Authenticity Guarantee (AG)
• Learn and understand eBay’s ins and outs, in order to improve the customer experience and drive to team CSAT goals
• Support on project management and go-to-market initiatives as needed
• Possibility to grow into leading the project and program management of a category globally within with Authenticity Guarantee program
• Triage customer blocking issues
• Develop and own escalations playbooks for common issues
• Support Program Managers in WBR, MBR, and other reporting functions
• Regular trouble shooting with vendors and cross functional teams to identify solutions as topics arise
• Travel to vendors and Ebay offices as needed (~4x/ year with potential for more)

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in project management or program management
• Nice to have project management tools: MS Project, Smart sheet, or other PM tools
• Proficient in Excel required with strong attention to detail
• Experience analyzing business metrics and reporting out weekly on performance using common metrics
• Agility, comfort with changing/ evolving direction
• Interest and/ or passion for Ebay, authentication and categories
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals on time
• Time management/ sense of urgency
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Follow through
• Change management
• Authentication and/ or operations experience (nice to have)
• Product exposure (nice to have)
