We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Atlassian Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our suite of Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and other related tools. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, implement solutions, and ensure the effective utilization of Atlassian products to improve business processes and productivity.

You Will:

  • Manage and administer Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and support Atlassian integrations with other tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects and enhancements.
  • Develop detailed business and technical requirements documentation.
  • Translate business needs into effective and efficient Atlassian solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support to end-users and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Atlassian tools.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Atlassian products.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend best practices and process improvements to maximize the use of Atlassian tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Atlassian features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement changes to improve system performance and usability.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator or Business Systems Analyst.
  • In-depth knowledge of Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and associated plugins.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) and SQL is a plus.
  • Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-100, ACP-600) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role within a large enterprise.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for Atlassian transformation.
  • Experience with cloud and onprem Atlassian instances.
