What you’ll do:
- Assist in conducting individual and group training sessions for pups of varying ages and breeds
- Learn to evaluate and address behavioral issues using positive reinforcement techniques
- Educate pet parents on effective training methods, and help build their confidence in working with their pets
- Stay updated on the latest training trends (we’ll help with that, too!)
- Create safe, positive experiences for both pups and their humans
- Grow into leading intermediate training classes and above as you develop your expertise
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for working with dogs and a willingness to learn positive reinforcement training methods
- Availability for a full-time schedule
- An open mind and a can-do attitude
What you’ll bring:
- A genuine love for pups and a commitment to their well-being
- Previous experience working with dogs
- Desire to grow your skills and knowledge in dog training
- CPDT-KA Training Certification or previous training experience is a bonus, but if you're new to the field, don’t worry—we’ll support you in gaining the experience you need!
