Athenix Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Targeting Analyst (HUMINT). The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations to identify, analyze, and develop opportunities that directly support critical national security objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of intelligence collection, operational tradecraft, and adversary capabilities, with a focus on developing actionable intelligence to support mission success.
The Targeting Analyst will collaborate closely with intelligence officers, mission managers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize potential targets of interest. Their analysis directly informs and supports the planning, execution, and assessment of HUMINT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to identify and assess potential HUMINT targets.
- Develop targeting packages and actionable intelligence that supports mission objectives.
- Leverage various classified databases, tools, and systems to research and analyze foreign entities, networks, and individuals of interest.
- Collaborate with operational teams to refine intelligence collection priorities and strategies.
- Monitor and report on emerging intelligence trends, adversary capabilities, and geopolitical developments.
- Provide expert briefings and written assessments to senior leadership and mission partners.
- Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with other intelligence community (IC) agencies, law enforcement, and other partners.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph (must be current).
- Bachelor’s degree in intelligence, international relations, political science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on HUMINT targeting.
- Demonstrated experience with all-source intelligence analysis and the intelligence cycle.
- Proficiency in the use of IC databases, tools, and software platforms.
- Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with foreign intelligence entities, methodologies, and operational tradecraft.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or other relevant federal agencies.
- Advanced knowledge of specific regions or adversaries.
- Experience providing direct support to HUMINT operations and mission planning.
