The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Marketing Assistant role will make an impact:
- Assist Product Managers from various business units with daily marketing-related tasks
- Support ongoing marketing activities and facilitate team communication
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution process of promotional materials for the field force
- Ensure that all requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide assistance in executing marketing initiatives together with Product Managers, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track task progress and help ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support the handling of financial processes using internal tools (Syndatis, Smart Source, Concur)
- Assist with invoice processing and documentation flow
- Support the preparation and processing of contracts in the LCM system
- Coordinate document flow between internal departments and external partners
- Assist in organizing national sales meetings and other internal events
- Help manage logistics, prepare materials, and support event execution
- Serve as a point of contact for Medical Representatives in handling administrative aspects of promotional activities
- Provide support with internal systems and operational tools
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- University degree
- Some experience in an administrative or marketing support role is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of marketing or business operations is a plus
- 6Fluent in Polish, with good command of English (minimum B2 level)
