JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Crisis Services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct supervision to direct reports
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to crisis teams as directed.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding personnel
- In charge of training, staff development and provide on-going assistance for skills development. Ensure that all new crisis staff receive their comprehensive/role specific training as staff are onboarded and prior to seeing patients.
- Assist crisis leadership personnel with daily trouble shooting, consumer and operational issues.
- Provide leadership in ensuring that documentation standards are met. Ensure that quality of documentation is assured.
- Provide internal and external training which includes an extensive list of crisis related trainings.
- Act as liaison for Indiana with Centerstone’s Institute’s Clinical Education Team
- Participate in the development of an annual budget.
- Work closely with the Director of Crisis Services to ensure that we are in compliance with certification and licensure requirements.
- Act as an on-call administrator as needed.
- Assist with monitoring performance of program staff
- Provide leadership in ensuring that documentation standards are met. Ensure that quality of documentation is assured.
- Understands how the job functions within the overall Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) model.
- Performs all required job duties and responsibilities in accordance to CCBHC Standards.

• Skilled in Implementing and developing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Master degree required.
Years of Experience
5+ years of experience.
Certification/Licensure
Clinical License required.

$81,132--$121,716
