The firm is structured to support all aspects of immigration, including strategic planning, compliance, government relations, reporting, and case management and processing. We provide administrative and billing teams as well as junior team members to support our Associates. At the same time, we continually develop and introduce initiatives to improve the way we do things and invite engagement and input.
The opportunity
As an Immigration Associate, you will report to a Senior Associate or Director but also have the opportunity to work with other members of the Advisory & Compliance team.
You will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy, and ability to work on and support more senior members of the team on highly technical immigration matters such as labour agreements, compliance audits, legal advisory / consulting work and work verification services.
The successful candidate will be a legal practitioner in Australia and ideally comes with at least 3 years of relevant immigration experience. Strong research and submission / advice drafting skills are essential.
