Job Summary
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Innovation, Products, and Technology will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of the organization’s innovation initiatives, product & platforms, AI implementation, and data infrastructure. This role will drive the development and execution of forward-thinking solutions to enhance the company’s competitive position in the market. The executive will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies across all platforms and applications, as well as managing the full data lifecycle to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Strategy: Lead the company’s innovation strategy, identifying emerging technologies, trends, and disruptive opportunities (including AI and machine learning). Cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization. Drive strategic initiatives in product development and tech innovation. Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with broader business goals.

Product & Platform Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all products, ensuring new products and platforms are developed, launched, and maintained efficiently. Lead the development of scalable, secure, and innovative platforms. Work with product teams to define product roadmaps and monitor platform performance.

AI & Technology Integration: Spearhead the integration of AI/ML technologies into products and services to create smarter solutions. Ensure AI applications and data analytics drive measurable business outcomes. Lead AI and data science teams to create transformative solutions.

Application Development: Oversee all aspects of application development, ensuring best practices in code quality, scalability, and security. Ensure adoption of agile methodologies and collaborate with product managers on project prioritization.

Data Management & Strategy: Lead the organization’s data strategy, ensuring data governance, security, and compliance. Oversee the development of data infrastructure for effective data analysis and decision-making. Advocate for a data-driven culture and implement analytics tools.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across innovation, product development, AI, and data. Mentor direct reports and foster a collaborative, agile environment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for innovation, product, and technology-related matters. Regularly report progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and the board.
Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

At least 15 years of experience in technology management, including experience leading innovation and product development teams.

Proven experience in overseeing AI-driven projects and managing cross-functional teams in application development and data management.

A strong background in driving digital transformation and delivering scalable products and platforms.

Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies.

Expertise in big data technologies, cloud computing, and AI/ML solutions.
