What you'II do:

• Review and manage merchant registration applications based on internal guidelines.

• Respond to merchant inquiries during operations following our SOPs.

• Support the team in executing operational tasks related to key projects.

What you'll need:

• Detail-oriented, able to execute assigned tasks with precision.

• Strong English reading and writing skills; able to communicate clearly and politely via written messages.

• Comfortable navigating backend tools; must have basic knowledge of web-based product operations.
