A Day in the LifeMedtronic is expanding their footprint for Diabetes Care with a center in Pune and as the Training and Education Specialist for Patient Financial Services, India, this role is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating new hire learning solutions within Patient Financial Services.

Job Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

As a Training and Education Specialist for Patient Financial Services, the role involves ensuring the staff members acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and contribute to the company's success.

  • Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate new hire training programs for all customer facing teams, including classroom training sessions, self-study programs, and print materials.

  • Develop creative, interactive training tools, quick reference guides, and exercises to increase interest during training and knowledge retention.

  • Contribute to storyboarding and development of eLearning content and blended learning solutions.

  • Communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business.

  • Develop and administer online testing and post-training evaluations.

  • Deliver real-time coaching and feedback to trainees and trainees’ supervisors/managers.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degre in business or accounting major is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role.

  • Experience in the US healthcare revenue cycle industry is must.

  • Knowledge of IDX / Centricity and experience with DME products.

  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.

  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
