We are currently looking for a dedicated Learning Partner Associate who will be responsible for a range of tasks within the Asset Strategy & Strategic Partnerships (ASSP) Academy, ensuring smooth execution of training operations, fostering a positive learner experience, and providing actionable insights to improve program outcomes. You will be based in Mumbai, India and work closely with the ASSP Academy team to drive and own key functional development initiatives for the ASSP function enabling Maersk’s global Integrator strategy and underlying ASSP Strategy.
Purpose:
The Learning Partner Associate is a dynamic role combining operational support, learner engagement, and data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of our ASSP Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Learner Engagement
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing campaigns to promote learning programs and events within the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for learners, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
- Develop and manage learner communications, such as newsletters, social media posts, announcements, and follow-ups related to Academy activities.
- Gather feedback on learner experiences and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction and outcomes.
Data & Insights
- Collect and analyze data on training participation, learner engagement, and program effectiveness.
- Provide support for learning analytics tools and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Generate reports on training performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Support ROI analysis and alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Assist in designing and implementing surveys and assessments to gather learner feedback.
Learning Operations
- Support with coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue/virtual setup.
- Ensure smooth communication of training calendars with trainers and stakeholders.
- Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), managing course enrolments, attendance, and certifications.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative and learner-focused, with a customer service-oriented approach.
