Devsinc is seeking a passionate Software Engineer (Rails + React) to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails for the back-end and React for the front-end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions that not only meet client specifications but also enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Ruby on Rails.
Build responsive and dynamic interfaces using React.js.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX requirements into functional applications.
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and build RESTful APIs.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness by writing clean, maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in web development with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React.
Strong understanding of web development principles and architecture.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end logic.
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
