We are looking for Associate Site Reliability Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficient in monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch Stack)
- Well-versed in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Skilled in Linux system administration
- Experienced in scripting and automation (Bash, Python)
Operational Skills:
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting abilities
- Expertise in root cause analysis
- Capable of triaging alerts and prioritizing critical issues
- Proactive in monitoring and identifying potential issues
- Experienced in developing monitoring dashboards and configuring alerts
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and during critical incidents
- Flexible with shift work
- Quick to learn new technologies
