Job Summary
IFF is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Associate Seasoning Flavorist, This role is based in Cairo and will report to Design Manager Egypt, He/She will mainly support creation &application of seasoning flavors.
Job Responsibilities :
Supporting Creation & Design team in snacks and savory projects
Supporting in application of PX data on projects
Understands the applicable portfolio performance in broad spectrum of finished products and production processes
Refines attributes (taste and texture) language and articulates with team and project members
Continuously gaining knowledge of flavoring materials
Under guidance, coordinates with Production and Quality departments to participate in flavor evaluation
Understands Creative and Design process, cost influence, productivity performance and development constraints
Demonstrates an understanding of the flavor language
Works in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, Flavorists, PX, GRA and other departments to support project execution
Develops internal network to expand design and business knowledge
Shows positive attitude and passion
Job Requirements :
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or Food Engineering/Technology).
. Good sense of taste and smell
. 1-3 years experience in flavor industry is favorable
