Position Summary
1. Build a transparent business environment by establishing recurrence prevention measures upon similar or same type of incidents in order to prevent business corruption in advance.
2. Analyzing poor or inefficient management and fundamental reasons of poor performance and potential risks and build improvement measures to enhance business competitiveness.
Role and Responsibilities
Internship Purpose
Risk Management has been created within SEI in order to significantly reinforce the capability of the Subsidiary to identify and highlight the potential risk areas for the Company/business, propose the relevant corrective actions and implement the remediation plan, through the effective guide of the involved Functions. The function has been also created in order to activate and / or take part to any Internal Audit initiative finalized to take under control the internal processes and procedures.
Key Activities:
- Support risk senior manager and execute below activities together.
- Support in define together with the interested Divisions, the corrective actions necessary to better align the managed activities to the internal processes and guidelines. To ensure that the defined plans and corrective actions are developed in a consistent way;
- Support in managing GPPM (process and standard definition), process checking, approval path checking, modification, standard definition and training;
- Support in Managing ISO quality certification management and prepare internal departments involved in the quality audit;
- Support in ensuring periodic monitoring of all most relevant processes and procedures within SEI, through the direct and regular contact with HoDs, providing assistance and support during the periodic self-risk assessment;
- Support in Assisting and supporting the Internal Audit & HQs’ audit ;
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s Degree (required)
- Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communications skills
- Must be able to effectively work with new and changing environments
- Must be able to view issues and concerns from the perspective of Senior Management
- Must be capable of presenting effectively results to senior management
