About the Role

The Associate Renewals Manager is responsible for managing and processing customer contract renewals. This role ensures timely and accurate renewals while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end renewals process for our scaled customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Track, prepare, and process renewal contracts and associated documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding renewal timelines, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve renewal-related inquiries and issues.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to on-time renewal execution, escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of renewals, contract details, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

About You

  • 1-2 years in contract administration, renewals, customer success, sales support, or a similar role in a SaaS / subscription-based business model.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret and negotiate contract terms in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Data Entry - Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
  • Billing and Invoicing - Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing practices relating to both subscription and usage based invoicing.

Systems Knowledge:

  • CRM Proficiency - Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or like CRMs required. 
  • Google Suite - Proficiency using GMail, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Experience with Chargebee and Slack is a plus.

Personal Skills:

  • Communication - Clear, professional verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Obsess over Customer Success - Strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaboration - Ability to work closely with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams.
  • Time management - Comfortable managing a high volume of renewals with competing deadlines. Organizational skills, adaptability, and accountability are a must!
