Associate - Fraud Prevention and Returns Experience
Position overview:
We are looking out for a dynamic, self-driven professional who will take on the role of an Associate in the Fraud Prevention and Returns Experience teams. This role is responsible for preventing and reducing fraud in the SCM and seller ecosystem. They will also be identifying the areas of opportunity for improving Seller Return experience.
The candidate should have strong analytical skills and is expected to have thorough understanding of the supply chain process in the ecommerce industry. They should have had prior experience in dealing with Fraud prevention or Return Experience improvement initiatives or should have been a part of a design function that dealt with these core functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data mining and analysis to identify fraud patterns, inefficiencies in returns, and other areas for improvement.
- Design and implement processes to detect & prevent fraudulent activities in the supply chain by collaborating with multiple teams.
- Continuously refine and productize solutions that enhance return operational and reduce fraud.
- Drive insights from a large set of category/supply chain data and apply them actively.
- Increase actionable insights for sellers by ensuring they have real-time tracking and updates on returned items [opportunities].
- Making the supply chain stronger by finding possible risks, working with stakeholders to create solutions, and improving how we manage these risks over time.
- Work on reducing size and product exchanges by understanding the root cause.
- Return Speed improvement.
- Flexible to travel to Seller’s /Myntra’s hubs & warehouses to understand processes & make improvements.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce industry.
- Background in process design,fraud detection & logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel & SQL.
- Strong in data extraction and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
Location: Bangalore [Work from Office 5 days a week]
