We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Associate to lead the development of multi-country proposals for clients, collaborating closely with IQVIA sales teams and supporting the creation and execution of global marketing service campaigns. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, storytelling expertise, and creative problem-solving to effectively communicate our solutions and value propositions. 

By joining as an Associate Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work under the direct report of the Swiss Solution Sales team based in Switzerland. You will support our Swiss-based clients (pharma and medical device companies, agencies, associations, and patient organizations) in implementing direct marketing activities and communicating with healthcare professionals. 

Your tasks:

Proposal Development 

  • Lead the creation of compelling, multi-country proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with strategic objectives and showcase IQVIA marketing services capabilities. 

  • Maintain consistency and high-quality standards across all client-facing materials. 

Sales & Client Engagement Support

  • Work closely with IQVIA sales teams to understand client requirements and craft solutions that drive engagement and business growth. 

  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping sales teams articulate the value of IQVIA marketing services in a compelling and persuasive manner. 

 

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Contribute to the development and execution of global marketing service campaigns. 

  • Ensure alignment between campaign strategies, client proposals, and overall business objectives. 

Presentation Development & Storytelling

  • Take full ownership of internal and external PowerPoint presentations, transforming complex data and solutions into visually engaging, high-impact narratives. 

  • Apply storytelling techniques to bring IQVIA marketing services and solutions to life, making them relatable and compelling for clients. 

  • Ensure presentations reflect IQVIA brand identity and messaging while effectively addressing client needs. 

 

Your profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Graphic Design. 

  • Over 5 years of experience in proposal development, marketing services, sales enablement, and business development. 

  • Experience in a global or multi-market environment, with a strong background in B2B marketing and the healthcare/life sciences industry.

  • Previous experience in consulting, sales support, or account management is a plus. 

  • Excellent storytelling and presentation design skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other visual communication tools. 

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse client needs. 

  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail. 

  • Self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 

  • Experience working with sales teams to tailor marketing strategies. 

  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
