WellSky is looking for an Associate Program Manager who will be responsible for organizing, developing, and managing programs and initiatives to successful completion. This role will develop programs to support strategic direction and align to long-term goals. The Associate Program Manager will create program budgets and operating plans and write funding proposals.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and supporting program goals, objectives, and milestones in alignment with organizational strategies
- Supporting comprehensive program plans, including creating program summaries, timelines and resource proposals, and initial budget needs
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation, collateral, reporting, and auditing to ensure consistent program operations and outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program
- Creating dashboards and reports for stakeholder communications to ensure transparency of program status, issues, and decisions
- Identifying issues & bugs, features, enhancements, and innovations
- Creating tickets in solutions/engineering sprints for work identified as needed
- Assisting in setting priorities and severity of engineering tickets
- Observing and reporting on any major changes, or abnormalities in traffic & trends (year-over-year; month to month, etc.)
- Assisting in expanding our reach & improving SEO i.e.: finding/suggesting and implementing improvements to storefront/s and LMS; analyzing products, information pages, service descriptions across all WellSky.com domain to enhance and harmonize WLC's mission, purpose, and messaging

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Salesforce, Google Analytics, JIRA, or other ticketing system
