What you'll be doing

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will help shape the future of our product offerings by executing go-to-market plans, supporting product launches, and driving customer-centric initiatives. You’ll be working closely with various teams across the business to deliver key messaging, content, and strategies that resonate with our customers. Your role will also include playing with data and understanding conversion metrics, in order to help the business make data-driven decisions. 

As we are evolving in a fast-growing environment, our ideal candidate should be able to embrace ambiguity and pivot when necessary as you contribute to shaping new product strategies and refine GTM plans based on feedback and market dynamics.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support product launches: Work closely with both internal and external teams to execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
  • Lead GTM initiatives: Lead the creation of GTM materials (sales decks, product briefs, internal communications) and ensure that all teams are aligned on product positioning and messaging.
  • Manage launch timelines: Track and manage the full lifecycle of product launches, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with writers, designers, product management, engineering, legal, communications and other teams to drive effective product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Use data to inform decisions: Analyze customer insights, product data, and market trends to make informed recommendations on how to optimize product planning and marketing strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio: Stay knowledgeable about our products, customer pain points, and competitive landscape, ensuring that product enhancements and initiatives align with market needs.
  • Optimize product messaging: Work with marketing teams to develop compelling messaging that resonates with customers and supports business goals.

Skills you'll need for this role

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, brand marketing, or a related field in a startup, consumer digital products or eCommerce company
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving the execution of product marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market planning and product launches from ideation to execution.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive product optimizations.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Bonus skills

  • Familiarity with product development tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).
  • Background in branding, customer insights, or market research.
