What you'll do:

  • Assist the  PMM role for one of the fastest growing Digital Product of BEES Fintech.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to develop go-to-market strategy and playbooks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers through research, data and tests.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to drive messaging and positioning of our digital products for global markets and industries.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, sales, CX and operations.
  • Monitor the performance of each feature release against squad and company KPIs.
  • Collaborate with peers and the senior leadership to build and communicate the product strategy.

What you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills: able to conduct detailed, thorough analysis, synthesize findings and share those effectively across a variety of functions and cultures.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while working independently and in teams.
  • Deep curiosity for users and an interest in building your user science skill set. Empathy is key!
  • Desire to learn the varying processes, systems and business functions necessary to operationalize a world class platform.
  • Craft obsession and deeply care about consistency, tone of voice, and look-and-feel of our brand.
  • BA/BS degree and with 2+ years of work experience.
  • Having worked previously with e-commerce.
  • Experience working in Fintech Product Marketing.
  • International professional experience.
  • MBA or post-graduate education.
  • Advanced in English and/or Spanish.
  • Hybrid work in Campinas.
