About the Team

The Payments Platform & Network Partnerships team, part of the Engineering organization, is responsible for ensuring that TabaPay remains seamlessly connected to the global payments ecosystem. We manage critical relationships with payment networks, oversee technical integrations and platform configurations, and track industry changes that impact our payments infrastructure.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive problem solver to join our team as an Associate Product Manager. This is a critical role focused on tracking data integrity issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires strong critical thinking skills to assess incomplete or conflicting information, identify the right questions to ask, and drive toward clarity. You’ll need to design structured workflows for monitoring payments data integrity and turn ad-hoc problem-solving into repeatable, efficient processes with automation.

You will own the central source of truth for data integrity issues, ensuring that every detail is tracked, updated, and communicated effectively. You will work closely with banks, networks, clients, and internal teams to ensure that no issue slips through the cracks. If you thrive on efficiency and creating scalable processes, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and maintain the central data integrity tracker – Ensure all network-related data issues are categorized, up-to-date, and well-documented.
  • Manage all communication – Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external updates related to data integrity.
  • Drive resolution and follow-through – Monitor open issues, track deadlines, manage dependencies, and push for timely resolutions.
  • Ensure visibility and accountability – Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally – Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, and external partners to resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor and improve processes – Identify recurring issues and implement automation and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with research, data analysis, or process optimization – Proficiency with spreadsheets, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactive ownership – You take initiative, anticipate issues, and drive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills – Ability to maintain structured, well-documented processes.

The pay range for this position is $110,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below, dependent on the position offered.

This position is hybrid, requiring in-person attendance 2-3 times a week attendance at our Palo Alto, CA HQ.
