Position Summary:

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for global product strategy, roadmap, product launches and execution throughout the product lifecycle of the intraoral imaging portfolio and other related product lines. The Product Manager creates business plans, gathers voice of customer, defines and prioritizes product and customer requirements, manages customer market segmentation and growth initiatives. The Product Manager drives cross functional teams in timely execution and global launch of projects to ensure the targeted success of the products to support company’s overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager has strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. The Product Manager must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for global product launches throughout the various stages of the product toll gate process including business case development, value proposition, voice of customer, product requirements and go-to-market strategy.

  • Develop product launch objectives to drive revenue and profitability targets and meet sales forecasts.

  • Identify key customer needs and problems with solving by interviewing customers, sales and channel partners.

  • Create and maintain the global pricing strategy for the various intraoral product lines.

  • Develop global product sales strategies by working with sales & marketing teams in the launch regions.

  • Drive global market intelligence for the Intraoral product portfolio including market sizing, market trends, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation etc.

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining production, sales and inventory plans (PSI) that align with the companies’ financial targets.

  • Responsible for the global product lifecycle strategy from launch to product ramp down and discontinuation.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in dentistry, healthcare, natural sciences, or business.

  • Healthcare, dentistry, or product management experience is a plus.

  • Being familiar with selling, managing, manufacturing or operating X-ray imaging systems is a plus.

  • Fluent English is a must have skill.

  • Availability for occasional travel.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Eagerness to learn.
