About the Role:

Performs daily administrative management of tasks that support the SCMS product marketing lines. Develops and builds solid relationships with assigned vendors and PM's. Serves as a liaison to Sales, Operations, Accounting and MSO in order to assist with the execution of strategies to enhance line performance and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Manages back-office functions related to SCMS product lines with guidance of SCMS PM's.

  • Provides responsive, courteous support to sales, vendor partners and other internal departments.

  • Works collaboratively with Purchasing to monitor purchase/pricing strategies for products.

  • Assists with promo requests and new sku set up requests for LA product lines.

  • Places and releases SCMS software licensing PO's to business partners.

  • Manages special projects as designated to assist in the efficiently managing back-office processes of SCMS product lines.

  • Provides administrative support to other product marketing management personnel as deemed necessary to meet business requirements.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned *Meets attendance and punctuality standards
