We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong Agile and Scrum background to oversee and coordinate multiple projects that align with our organization's strategic objectives. This role demands proven experience in program governance, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Agile Project Management:

  1. Plan, implement, and manage IT programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  2. Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, sprint plans, and release strategies.
  4. Ensure Agile best practices are followed across projects.

Cross-Project Coordination & Risk Management

  1. Coordinate resources, activities, and dependencies across multiple Agile projects.
  2. Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and impediments.
  3. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  1. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  2. Lead Scrum teams, ensuring smooth Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
  3. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development Teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  4. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide program updates, solicit feedback, and resolve issues.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations on program status and milestones to leadership

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 4-9 years in IT, with at least 3+ years in Scrum.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager managing multiple IT projects.
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SAFe (Scaled Agile) environments
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and traditional project management frameworks (Waterfall/Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in Scrum tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello).
  • Experience with Sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile release management.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to mentor Agile teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • o Certifications:
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAFe certifications are a plus.
