Strategic Accounts Program Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly engaged, competitive, and enthusiastic individual to join our SCP team as a Strategic Accounts Program Manager. This role is vital for managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers. It is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering growth within the key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with key customers.
Gain a deep understanding of the business needs and goals of strategic accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to meet the customers goals and track their progress.
Work closely with sales, marketing, service and other stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Liaise with the global SCP team to ensure aligned priorities and initiatives.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the strategic accounts.
Manage and resolve issues to ensure customer success
Report on the status of accounts, business, and track key account metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 5+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
