Job Description:
The Associate Product Manager, NobelProcera Services is responsible for supporting commercial and marketing success for NobelProcera Services. This entails playing a key role in the project execution excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market needs and company goals, and supporting market research, product launches, and the continuous improvement of existing products. Key to success in the role will be effectively communicating and coordinating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and driving projects to successful completion. As the role is global, the ability to navigate the complexities of different market dynamics and optimize efforts is critical.
Accountabilities:
- Integration and coordination of commercial aspects of New Product and Workflow launches within NobelProcera Services
- Work with global and local product managers, marketing, sales, R&D, and regulatory teams to align product strategies and implement marketing plan, including content creation for new marketing assets
- New product / workflow development support
- New product launch support, including the planning and execution of new launches, developing product training materials and supporting sales teams during product rollouts
- New article creation through release including gathering of COGS and setting of Retail Pricing
- Market analysis and data analytics to understand problems and opportunities
- Documentation and regular reports preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, business, marketing, or other dental relevant field
- High proficiency in computer skills required
- Fluency in English language required (spoken/written)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation required
- Understanding of EBS Fundamental and Innovation tools (Standard Work, Problem Solving, Voice of Customer, Visual Project Management) and/or other similar tools from other Lean Methodology
- Understanding of Medical Device regulation desired
- Understanding of the dental restorative process strongly desired
- Understanding of Quality systems and Regulatory requirements strongly desired
- Good understanding of data analytics
- Execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional materials
- Must be willing to travel extra-continental depending on business demands
- Must be available to work on site, as required
Critical Skills/technical know-how:
- Experience with SAP strongly desired
- Understanding of marketing and product management
- Must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with a variety of different functions
Critical Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Product Strategy, Project Management or other equivalent experience
- Experience with holistic marketing campaign management or innovative project management is a plus
- Educational background in the dental field or experience in the dental industry, such as in a dental lab, DSO, dental manufacturer, especially with knowledge in digital dentistry or implantology, is a plus
- International work experience is a plus

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
