This is an entry level role for a Product Engineer. Product Engineers in the Hi-Reliability group work to develop Radiation Hardened ICs for the Space Industry. You will be working on leading edge technology for ICs designed for Space and Harsh Environments, fueling innovation for the future of satellite systems and space travel. 

Job Description

As a Product Engineer, you will act as the hub of the development team to ensure project milestones are met. You will develop development schedules as well as spend forecasts. Your value will be derived from developing a cross-functional knowledge base between IC design, radiation effects, applications engineering, test engineering, assembly and package engineering, and reliability engineering. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you will build this toolset to add on to your formal education to grow into a strong technical contributor.

Qualifications

  • Recent Graduate or working towards BSEE/MSEE, 3.5 GPA. BSCE considered with OpAmp knowledge.
  • Analog/Mixed Signal/Circuit theory coursework required
  • Lab proficiency - Experience with using scope and bench setup
  • Basic understanding of any programming language such as C, C++, Python, etc.
  • Basic understanding of statistical data analysis (significance of mean, standard deviation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of power management topologies is a plus, though not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • US Person due to ITAR requirements
