About The Role
As an Associate Product Designer, you’ll help craft intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile. You’ll own the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to build high-quality, scalable interfaces. This is an ideal role for a design-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design with Impact – Own end-to-end design workflows, from wireframes to polished UI, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Build & Scale – Contribute to Mochi’s design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Iterate & Evolve – Use research, testing, and analytics to refine and improve user interactions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Drive Innovation – Explore new design trends, tools, and best practices to push our product forward.
- Wire-framing and Prototyping – Develop low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to quickly iterate and visualize design concepts, features, and user flows.
Who You Are
- 0-2 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web UI/UX.
- Mobile-first thinker with a passion for designing intuitive, engaging user experiences.
- Proficient in Figma & Framer for high-fidelity prototyping and interface design.
- Detail-obsessed with a strong eye for pixel-perfect execution.
- User-focused – skilled in usability testing, research, and data-driven design decisions.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Curious & Adaptable, always eager to learn and push creative boundaries.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $175,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
