About the Role:
Join Mochi Health as Senior Product Designer and help us create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make healthcare more accessible and effective. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design interfaces that are both beautiful and functional. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven company. This role reports to the Head of Design.
You’ll work with us on:
- Distilling insights from user needs and drive research into clear product directions
- Designing and prototyping interfaces for current and future products
- Shaping the patient experience by defining and refining key interactions, working closely with our engineering team to to push boundaries and deliver real value
You’ll flourish in this role if you:

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- High proficiency in design tools; Figma & Framer and other AI tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable UI components.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000 to $225,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
