What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth and increase value across aggregator platforms by deepening partnerships and leveraging our international brand portfolio.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and optimal performance across platforms.
  • Scale and streamline delivery processes, including launch plans, sales initiatives, marketing activities, and expansion/selection reviews to maximize success.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign activations on key platforms, from initial planning to execution.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights on financial viability and impact on brand growth.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine future campaigns and align them with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key platform partners to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed about platform trends, offerings, and new marketing tools to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Branding, Finance, and Analytics teams to enhance restaurant performance and meet revenue targets across online platforms.
  • Work with senior leadership in Branding and Operations to develop strategies that retain and grow brand presence in the market.
  • Establish standard work methods and frameworks to manage key brands effectively, expanding volume and profitability.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple online menus and ensure strong performance management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly financial and qualitative targets, fostering long-term relationships with aggregator partners.
  • Actively engage with prospects and partners via email, phone, and in-person meetings to strengthen engagement and build lasting partnerships.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with food aggregator management, including managing partnerships, understanding platform dynamics, and driving performance
  • Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Proven background in partnerships, revenue management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform and drive strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Familiarity with aggregator platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus

Recruitment Process and Timeline 


First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.


If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
