Overview
Recharge highly values its partner ecosystem and with thousands of agency partners in our portfolio, we’re looking for someone who can drive impact by supporting a large group of partners and guiding them into our premier tier of partners. This role is critical to our business as it directly supports revenue growth while strengthening our partner ecosystem. By fostering deeper relationships and enabling partner success, this position will help elevate our partners and contribute to achieving our broader business goals.
What you’ll do
- Establish and manage relationships with new and existing agency partners in the eCommerce ecosystem (specifically Shopify ecosystem)
- Develop a pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets
- Meet or exceed partner sourced quota through effective partner management and business development efforts
- Develop and implement operating models to manage a large base of partners effectively, ensuring opportunities are identified and actioned promptly
- Maintain an organized, data-driven approach by utilizing Salesforce to monitor daily and weekly activities, ensuring pipeline generation and acceleration goals are met
- Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to expand the Select partner ecosystem and work closely with key partners to promote them to the premier tier
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years experience in partnerships or business development
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter, as needed
- Relationship Building: Quickly builds strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates effectively to establish trust and rapport with partner and team members
- Detail- Oriented: Ensures no opportunity falls through the cracks by thoroughly monitoring slack channels, referrals, and pipeline opportunities. Acts promptly to address partners or sales needs
- Self-Starter: Motivated to achieve goals and proactively creates processes to ensure success.
- Efficiency: produces significant output with minimal wasted effort. Implements automation and 1:many communications to effectively manage a large base of partners
- Agility: Adapts to change and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ownership: Takes full ownership of opportunities from identification through closure, ensuring all details are managed effectively
Compensation
Recharge’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
- Hiring range in the US
- Total OTE: $95,040 USD - $118,800 USD
- Hiring range in Canada
- Total OTE: $100,000 CAD - $125,000 CAD
