About the Role:

The Associate Marketing Manager will serve as a co-owner of marketing activities promoting Constellation across a range of channels. This person will be a steward of the Constellation brand and will manage external and internal communications such as social media (paid and organic), email campaigns, website content such as landing pages and blog copy, paid search, events, and more. The function of this role is to assist the sales team in driving leads, enhance Constellation’s public profile, and attract quality candidates to apply. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own product positioning, segmentation, messaging, and value propositions for Constellation’s platform.
  • Craft impactful sales collateral (one-sheeters, decks, etc.) across various channels (email, web copy, events, etc.) to arm the sales team to effectively deliver Constellation’s value proposition to clients and prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with Constellation’s Growth and Customer Success teams to generate product insights and client case studies that communicate the platform value.
  • Develop an overarching communication strategy for the firm, helping the project manage its execution, coordinate associated budgets, and track KPIs.
  • Concept and create (or oversee the creation of) social media content for use in paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Linkedin
  • Plan, write, and copy edit written content for distribution across the firm’s various marketing channels.
  • Own email marketing campaigns and define A/B test various points of the funnel, including subject lines, templates, cadence, time of day, etc, and report key KPIs.
  • Manage contractors and creative team to deliver on a broad portfolio of marketing initiatives. 
  • Co-manage external PR team and develop effective press materials such as pitches, press releases, op-ed articles, and case studies media kits.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and social media for clients.
  • Assist with other company or client projects as needed (inclusive of internal newsletter).

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in an agency, brand, or production capacity 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Writing, Business, or related field
  • Creative abilities to concept campaigns and execution ideas across channels
  • Exceptional written communication abilities (with writing samples to share)
  • Eye for design in order to ensure we uphold a cohesive brand look and feel across channels 
  • Desire to wear many hats, work with many different teams and functions, and work in a fast-paced tech startup environment 
  • Proficiency in Mac computers, Office Suite and Keynote required. 
  • Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Facebook and Google ads, and Google Analytics experience a plus.

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00
