Requirements


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal engagement strategies to foster employee satisfaction, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Plan, organize, and execute internal events, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.

• Manage internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, etc.) to keep employees informed and engaged.

• Create engaging content, including videos, posters, and articles, to promote internal campaigns and events.

• Coordinate and document internal content shoots for events, team activities, and milestones.

• Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics, gathering feedback to improve future initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR and other departments to align engagement activities with organizational values and strategies.

• Develop and manage budgets for internal events and campaigns, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
