What you will do:
- Manager Data Acquisition and Preprocessing, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Define data collection strategies, including data sources, annotation guidelines, and quality standards.
- Manage data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data is properly cleaned, transformed, and structured for AI model training.
- Collaborate with data engineers to develop data cleaning and preprocessing workflows
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the efficient development, deployment and management of the data engineering platforms.
What you need:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Clinical and Med Tech industry.
- Educational qualification of BS /MS or equivalent
- Expertise in managing AI Data cleaning, labeling and Optimization for data sources, annotation guidelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards related to AI development and deployment.
- Develop and implement responsible AI guidelines, ensuring models are fair, transparent, and accountable.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential ethical concerns associated with AI applications.
- Able to lead a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data labelers, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers to align data strategies with project objectives.
- Communicate data quality issues and validation results to stakeholders effectively.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing techniques, and statistical analysis.
- Expertise in data quality metrics and validation methodologies.
- Experience with data labeling and annotation processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
