Meet the team:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Manager, Paid Media who will manage our brand presence and paid media, promotional, and digital communications across retail partners to drive sales, revenue, and new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and have deep expertise with RMNs.

Where you come in:

  • You will oversee the marketing and advertising strategy and manage agency efforts in order to drive sales and meet commercial objectives.
  • You will collaborate with Paid Media lead to build and maintain strong synergy and connection between upper and lower funnel tactics.
  • You will work with the agency to analyze platform and enterprise data and provide actionable insights.
  • You will work with the agency to ensure budgets are correctly pacing and being constantly optimized across various tactics for optimal ROAS.
  • You will recommend test-and-learns to gain applicable learnings.
  • You will maintain relationships with RMN representatives to stay current on new ad offerings, measurement solutions, and best practices.

What makes you successful:

  • You have 5+ years of experience managing media buying in the Amazon ecosystem. Additional RMN experience preferred.
  • You have 3+ years managing a brand/product presence on RMNs.
  • You understand the role of RMN efforts within the larger Media landscape, and how channels must work together.
  • You have experience sourcing and leading external partners to achieve goals.
  • You have strong analytical skills with an ability to uncover insights from performance/measurement tracking to drive action that increases performance and brand impact.
  • You inform and influence decisions across all levels with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You have a growth mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • You are highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • You have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment that values transparency.
  • You have experience across additional PPC tactics, inclusive of Paid Search (preferred).

  • ~10%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience

    Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
