About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Legal Operations Processor to join the Legal Core Support Services Writs & Levies team in the Deposit and Legal Services department as part of Global Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role you will:
- Support more experienced processors with various operational tasks responding to legal orders while adhering to timeframes and state statutes requirements
- Seek ways to improve work processes within established procedures
- Perform routine administrative, operational and customer support tasks relating to legal orders
- Provide training to less experienced processors on internal processes and external state specific statutes
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm MST/PST
- Schedule subject to change based on business needs
Training:
- You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
- Training will be for 4-6 weeks. Training hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday MST/PST. You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 4-6 weeks of training.
- We’re open from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am -8:00 pm (EST). Your regular work schedule will be based on business need and may include working at least one weekend day and some holidays.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Legal Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Legal Order processing experience
- Data Entry experience
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents
- Ability to identify potential operational issues and legal risks
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
