This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

  • Office Equipment Management: Assist with the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all in-office equipment, i.e. monitors, peripherals, and other hardware.
  • Conference and Video Conferencing Support: Manage and maintain conference room technology, including video conferencing systems, projectors, audio equipment, and related software. Ensure seamless collaboration and communication for in-person and remote meetings.
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and warranties. Track asset lifecycles and ensure proper disposal or recycling of outdated equipment.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for escalated desktop support issues. Resolve complex problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and document processes for hardware infrastructure management, asset tracking, and incident response. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.


What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT, with a focus on hardware and infrastructure management.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity software.
  • Experience with asset management systems and ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with Zoom, Atlassian, and Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with networking and video conferencing equipment.

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
  • Base compensation range: $67,000-$74,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
