Responsibilities:
- Work on data entry projects in Applied Epic and ancillary systems.
- Assist with data cleanup projects using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Ensure work is performed in the correct database and the correct workflow is followed.
- Provide manager with regular updates on project status and issues.
- Provide internal training to other team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams.
- Approximately one Saturday per month is required for conversion support.
- Assist in the development of training materials for internal use.
- Participate in project status meetings and provide updates.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as with team members.
- Approximately one Saturday per month is required for conversion support.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, driven and maintains steady work effort throughout the day.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Previous experience working in Applied or Vertafore software systems preferred.
- P & C insurance license a plus.
