Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Support business units with day-to-day HR operations and initiatives
- Assist in the execution of talent management processes with most of the time focused on performance management
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on basic HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Assist in the analysis of HR data and prepare reports for HRBP team members and managers
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development issues
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives.
- Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
- Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements

Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
