Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources or Accounting and possess a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including expertise in outsourced payroll processes. This role requires strong numerical skills and a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and taxation.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Oversee the procurement process related to payroll services and vendor management.
- Maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and taxes.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on outsourced payroll systems.
- Understanding of the procurement process and vendor management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
- A genuine enjoyment of working with numbers and financial information.
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration and tax principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
