  • Handle low-level employee relations issues in compliance with legal and company standards, escalating more complex matters as appropriate.

  • Support the Senior HR Manager in the execution of people programs such as performance management, engagement surveys, and talent development initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employment changes.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, performance management, employment letters, and HR systems.

  • Conduct exit interviews and share feedback and trends with HR leadership and line managers.

  • Assist with HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure personnel records and documentation are complete, compliant, and audit-ready.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR support or generalist capacity; experience in a business partnering environment is a plus.

  • Hold, or be working towards, a recognized Human Resources qualification.

  • Be able to take initiative within a fast paced, agile environment.

  • Able to adapt to frequent change.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of management and employees.

  • Collaborative team player with strong follow through and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive situations or confidential information.

  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employment law.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
