What You Will Get To Do:

• Providing operational support to hedge fund clients engaged in various investment strategies ex. Private Equity, Global Macro, Fixed Income, Mortgage, Credit, Distressed, Long/Short, Risk/Stat/Arbitrage, Emerging markets and Fund of Funds 
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining daily client trade feed to SS&C to support middle and back office deliverables for products such as equity, fixed income, swaps, bank debt, contract for differences, futures, commodities, options, FX, mortgages and repos 
• Interact with various internal GlobeOp departments such as Fund Accounting, reconciliations, valuations, Investor Services and IT to maintain high client service levels 
• Assist in collaborating with other functional teams to onboard new clients and ensure their trade delivery adheres to best practices
• Work with support and development teams to enhance the trade capture and security origination workflow.
• Participate in testing of tech development and system enhancements within the platform to increase efficiency, functionality and automate processes.

What You Will Bring:

• BA in business/finance or related discipline 
• Solid MS Excel knowledge 
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent team skills capable of working within a group toward the a centralized goal/task
• Prior experience with various financial products is a plus
