Responsibilities:

Perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks.

Prepare month-end journal entries.

Analyze financial data to assess accuracy and completeness.

Generate and interpret financial reports for management.

Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.

Review financial results and investigate variances to forecast.

Update and maintain forecast and budget models.

Work with cross-functional organizations to complete financial analyses and prepare variance explanations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent Business field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams
-
Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise.

Database management skills.
-
Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
-
Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual financial reports, statements, and/or projections.

Ability to prioritize work and ensure all needed tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

Curious with the ability to learn and grow.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
