As a GE Appliances’ Associate Financial Analyst – National Accounts, you’ll help ensure smooth processing of customer credits, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and assist with account reconciliations. You’ll also contribute to tracking important data, posting general ledger entries, and looking for small process improvements along the way. How You'll Create Possibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Accounts Receivable reps for assigned accounts to ensure proper processing of customer credits and mitigation of past dues
  • Work with 3rd party vendor on reconciliation processes
  • Partner with the sales teams to grow sales, drive efficiency, and deliver customer satisfaction
  • Own reporting for select National Retail Customers and review commission results as needed
  • Review and post general ledger entries when needed   
  • Input backside program offers for National Retail customers 
  • Review processes and look for process improvement opportunities (ad hoc requests) 
  • Related tasks as required

  • Technical Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Educational and Experiential Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent related experience may satisfy this requirement 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze data

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Up to 2 years related experience

Working Conditions & Travel Requirements

  • Working conditions are typical for an office environment.
  • 0% ongoing travel; Occasional conferencing and/or external training attendance may be required at times.
