As a Senior Financial Analyst in the FP&A HUB, you will partner with the business to drive Unilever’s digital agenda. You will proactively ensure the business is future fit and enabled to meet its financial goals.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
This role is an essential part of the FP&A HUB Team which handles the monthly forecast cycles and strategic framework for the business. You will be responsible for ensuring monthly volume forecasts are accurately reflected in our financial planning systems and that we maintain accurate master data across the finance organization. The role is also responsible for developing enhancements in our reporting systems that will ensure speed and accuracy in daily activities as well as being the main point of contact for multiple systems and calendars. The role also is tasked with accelerating the digital finance transformation by supporting new pipelines initiatives and pioneering other technology improvements.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- Prior work experience in Audit, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Planning is preferred
- Practical experience using business intelligence platforms (tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau)
- Strong analytical, modeling and problem-solving skills and strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
- Experience building data models/analytics, visualizations, conducting presentations, information design is a plus
- Strong technical acumen and attention to detail
- Project management skills
Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
