Position Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Associate Enablement Programs Manager to join Okta’s Customer First Enablement team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving large-scale change management and launch readiness enablement programs across the Customer First organization. The Associate Enablement Programs Manager will become an advocate for all of Customer First through collaboration and interaction with cross-functional teams including leadership, enablement managers, as well as product and content development teams. In this role, you will drive strategic enablement initiatives, streamline operations, and elevate organizational efficiency. You will play a critical role in prioritizing initiatives and creating programs that enable scalable growth. This role is highly collaborative, engaging with stakeholders and leveraging other internal teams to influence the overall enablement plan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic enablement initiatives that span multiple teams and functions, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and alignment with company priorities. 
  • Specific programs could include, but are not limited to, onboarding programs, communication, and unification of tools
  • Design and oversee the enablement of efficient and scalable change & launch readiness programs for the Customer First organization.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, inform decision-making, measure impact, and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders and levels across Customer First to understand program objectives and ensure enablement alignment across roles.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through regular and effective communication. 
  • Drive adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization. Ensure that changes are effectively communicated and that teams are supported through transitions.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership and different teams to maintain alignment and transparency.

Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of enablement or project / program management experience in the software industry. 
  • Experience managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time. 
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex information to audiences of all levels, including executives. 
  • The ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders with varying experience and technical capability.
  •  Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  •  Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership in a data-focused deliverable

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:

$90,000$136,000 USD
